Pittsburgh, October 2, 2017 — Effective immediately, Covestro LLC has lifted Force Majeure regarding its ability to supply:

Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate (MDI)
Polyols
Hydrochloric Acid 36%
Liquid Caustic Soda 50%

Force Majeure remains in effect for Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI).

On August 30th, Covestro LLC declared Force Majeure due to implications stemming from Hurricane Harvey’s impact on the company’s Baytown, Texas, manufacturing facility.
